SERVICE/WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Exeter, ON

Type: Fulltime, Permanent  

Delta Power Equipment is a full-service equipment dealership with over 400 employees providing sales, service and parts support at multiple locations across Ontario. Delta Power Equipment is looking for people who are passionate and who want to make a difference in the lives of our customers.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

• Responsible for all aspects of warranty administration including claim submission, reconciliation of accounts and maximizing claim returns to Delta Power Equipment.
• Processes all warranty claims for payment and submits all necessary documentation.
• Work closely with the Service Managers and technicians to be sure that work is being documented, reported, and recorded in a timely fashion.
• Monitor the use of special warranty guidelines/bulletins for diagnosis time, straight time repairs and claim integrity. 
• Appealing all rejected claims promptly or receiving authorization to write them off.
• Following up on payment of all outstanding claims.
• Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected, or paid and their status. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Knowledge of the agricultural industry and related equipment would be an asset.
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Able to work well under pressure as well as time management to work within strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven data entry, data editing and typing skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
