IT Support Specialist  

Location: Complex 

Type: Fulltime, Permanent  

Delta Power Equipment is a full-service equipment dealership with 300 employees providing sales, service and parts support at multiple locations across Ontario. Delta Power Equipment is looking for people who are passionate and who want to make a difference in the lives of our customers. 

 Summary of Position:

• In this role you will provide IT support services and end user support across the company.
• Provide internal IT support to end users, including computer, printer, O365 and mobile devices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Respond to service requests.
• Administer Active Directory
• Provide set up and IT Orientation for new employees.
• Provide basic server and network support.
• Assist with IT projects, as required.

We are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software for all aspects of the environment, including computers, printers, mobile devices, network hardware, cabling, and phones.
• Knowledge of networking, operation system and service architectures in a Windows domain environment, including Windows 10 & Windows Server
• Subject matter in Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop
• Working knowledge of best IT security practices
• Ability to explain IT concepts and theories to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skill
