Truck Driver

Summary of Position:

The truck driver is responsible for transporting, receiving and delivering equipment to our customers and between dealerships ensuring equipment is safely delivered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee handling and securing loads, including equipment preparation, compliance with all government and company rules and regulations.
• Accurately perform pre-trip inspections on equipment and load, ensuring safety and roadworthiness.
• Check all paperwork to ensure accurate and completed before heading out on the road.
• Comply with legislation including safe operation, driver's hours of service.
• Maintain daily logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repairs.
• Deliver equipment to our customer farms and between our 10 locations.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks.
• Ensure that truck and trailer are clean and maintained in a safe working manner.     

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid AZ license - With clean driver's abstract
• 2 years Trucking Experience
• Knowledge/Experience - Operation of Ag/Heavy Equipment would be beneficial
