Delta Power Equipment is a full-service equipment dealership with 300 employees providing sales, service and parts support at multiple locations across Ontario. Delta Power Equipment is looking for people who are passionate and who want to make a difference in the lives of our customers.    

Summary of Position:

• Oversees a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork in the Parts Department.
• Maintain parts inventory by monitoring obsolescence, seasonal trends, special-order parts and weekly sales.
• Perform parts inventory counts. Conduct inventory reconciliation.
• Responsible for placing orders, pricing, applications, warranties and locating in-stock items.
• Ensures that incoming freight is billed out to receive the maximum recovery.
• Helps to analyze department’s operations, showroom layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness.
• Proudly provides the same high quality customer service to the external customers and internal customers from other departments.  

We are looking for:

• Previous experience with parts inventory management, reporting and electronic parts catalogues is an asset.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft excel, and email.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
